Custom Dashboards allows you to visualize key operational data and metrics by configuring tailored widgets and organizing them into logical categories.
Create Custom Dashboards
This procedure provides steps for creating a custom dashboard structure.
Create a Category: Before adding any visualization, you must first create a category. A category serves as a container for related widgets (example, Incidents, Investigations, Threats).

Add a Widget: Once the Category is created, you can add a Widget to it.

Configure Data Source: For the data source, choose one of the following options to display the widget with data:
Create an inline query.
Select a previously saved search from the dropdown option.
Set Data Refresh Interval: Select the required interval at which the widget's data will be refreshed.
Select Widget Type: Choose the visualization type for the widget:
Tile: Used for displaying a single, aggregate metric (e.g., a count).
Trend: Used for displaying a metric over a period of time (example, historical rate).
Click Save.
Scale Dashboard: You can add multiple Widgets to the same Category and create multiple Categories as needed to organize your dashboard.
