By default, EPS email notifications are sent when the overall EPS ingestion is more than or equal to 110% of contracted EPS for one hour. Notifications are sent to all users who have EPS notifications enabled.
You can configure high and low EPS ingestion thresholds as a percentage of contracted EPS for one hour. The threshold percentage has a lower limit of 0%, but no upper limit. Multiple thresholds can be configured and then enabled for various days of the week. Both a high and a low threshold can be enabled for the same day. By default, all days are enabled.
The default threshold of 110% is used if custom thresholds are not configured and enabled.
Note
A maximum of 10 custom thresholds can be configured.
To view and configure custom notifications, select Application Settings > Notifications and locate the EPS Notifications section.
