Downloading the certificate

Use the following procedure to download the certificate from Helix Enterprise to your local machine.

To download the certificate:

  1. Log in to the Helix Enterprise Web UI.

  2. From the Main Menu Helix_MegaMenu.png, select Dashboards > Operational.

  3. In the Sensors Needing Attention widget, click Download Certificate. This downloads a .zip file to your local machine.
