Editing a user in the CLI

Log into the CLI on the NDR.

Enter privileged mode:

hostname > enable

Enter the admin password:

[sudo] password for <npadmin>: <password>

Enter configuration mode:

hostname # configure system

Enter the user menu:

npadmin@hostname(config)# users

Select option 3 to edit the user.

1. Enter the user name that you want to edit.

2. Set the permissions level for the user. See Roles for more information.

3. Confirm the user settings.
