GET https://<host>/wsapis/v2.0.0/devicemgmt/notification/http/flags
SET https://<host>/wsapis/v2.0.0/devicemgmt/notification/http/flags -d <payload>
JSON containing flags for alert types, such as domain_match and infection_match.
