Use the commands in this topic to re-enable Helix Enterprise mode on the cloud Central Management System or cloud Endpoint Security (HX) server.
Note
Trellix enables Helix Enterprise mode on cloud devices during the onboarding process.
To enable Helix Enterprise mode on cloud appliances:
Go to CLI configuration mode:
hostname > enable hostname # configure terminal
To enable Helix Enterprise mode:
hostname (config) # helix mode cloud
Verify your changes:
hostname (config) # show helix
Save your changes:
hostname (config) # write memory
Example
The following example shows the current Helix Enterprise status of cCM-01 (a cloud Central Management System appliance), and then enables Helix Enterprise mode.
