You can export the data policy assignments for one or more user accounts into a CSV file on your local machine for audit reporting. The exported data includes details about the user's data policy, such as whether it is the default policy for the organization, the policy name, description, creator, and so on.
To export assignments for one or more user accounts:
To export data policy assignments for all user accounts, on the User Assignments tab, click Export all as CSV.
To export assignments for a selection of user accounts, on the User Assignments tab, select the accounts and click Export as CSV.
To export the assignment for a single user account, select the account and click Export as CSV or select Export as CSV from the Options menu.
