Helix Enterprise is a subscription-based service. If you would like to see the time remaining on your Helix Enterprise account, from the main menu click your avatar. The first line of the drop-down menu will indicate the time remaining on your Helix Enterprise subscription. You can click on the subscription information text to view a more detailed breakdown, as well as a Contact Trellix link to renew your subscription.
If your subscription is within two weeks of expiring, a notification will appear on each reload or refresh of Helix Enterprise. This notification will continue to appear until your subscription runs out or you renew it. If your subscription has lapsed, Helix Enterprise will indicate the lapse and provide a link to contact Trellix to renew your subscription.
