Problem

Your Web browser returns an error when you navigate to the Helix Enterprise Web UI URL.

Reason

The probable reason is that the Helix Enterprise Web UI URL has not been registered correctly.

Action

  1. Disable the Registry and Discovery Service (RDS) discovery on the appliance using the no fenet rds discovery enable command.

  2. Contact Trellix Technical Support to manually set the Helix Enterprise Web UI URL.
