How Trellix Insights works on ePO - SaaS

The Trellix Insights extension installed in the cloud monitors your endpoints and collects intelligence from the Insights cloud.

  1. Trellix Insights extension is deployed on ePO - SaaS.

  2. Trellix Insights extension uses Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS) 10.7.0 for Windows or later and Trellix Agent 5.6.0 or later to connect to the endpoints, and Trellix IPS 9.0 or later to connect to the URLs, IP addresses, and domains in your environment.

  3. Insights Cloud receives information from Trellix Research about campaigns.

  4. Insights Cloud reports Campaigns and IoC related information for viewing in the Trellix Insights user interface in the ePO - SaaS console.
