About Trellix Intelligent Virtual Execution (IVX)

To effectively detect and prevent new and constantly evolving threats such as zero-day exploits and malware, organizations require intelligence-led threat detection that can adapt at the same pace as the threat landscape. Additionally, they need contextual insights to expedite security incident resolution with actionable intelligence, concrete evidence, and seamless workflow integration.

Trellix IVX offers static and dynamic analysis to identify and detect APT attacks and zero-day threats, bypassing traditional defenses. It determines suspicious files, URLs, email attachments, and web objects in a proprietary hypervisor with over 200 execution capacity, enabling analysts to visualize and interact with malware to assess countermeasures.

Trellix IVX is available on-premises or as a cloud-native service, providing analysis to inspect and assess potentially malicious content quickly. SOC analysts can manually submit objects or integrate IVX with existing applications for continuous protection.

Why Trellix IVX Private Cloud?

Trellix IVX Cloud is typically deployed in a shared ecosystem model to meet the collective needs of its customers. However, Trellix also offers dedicated IVX ecosystem options (on-prem, cloud, or private cloud) for clients with specific requirements or security concerns.

Trellix IVX Private Cloud is deployed within your own AWS cloud infrastructure to align with your specific operational and security requirements. Deployment and management are handled using an AWS CDK (Cloud Development Kit) and CodePipeline process. This method allows you to deploy, configure, update, and upgrade the Trellix IVX Cloud solution within your environment, ensuring seamless integration with your existing infrastructure.

A dedicated Trellix IVX Private Cloud solution also provides multiple integration interfaces, including APIs, ICAP, and AWS S3, allowing clients to connect their systems and exchange data and information. This enhanced integration capability will enable clients to leverage IVX Cloud's advanced security features, automate security processes, optimize threat detection and response, and gain deeper insights into their security environment to strengthen their overall security posture.
