Organize and manage Hyperautomation workflows

The Workflows page provides a centralized interface for viewing and managing all the available Hyperautomation workflows.

Access the Workflows page

The Workflows page lists all workflows, provides options for managing alert category mapping and the configuration for individual workflows. To access the workflows page, click Main_menu.png and from HYPERAUTOMATION, select Workflows.

The Workflows table displays the following parameters:

Parameter

Description

Workflow Name

A user-defined identifier for the workflow.

Type

A user configured trigger type for workflow execution.

Executions

The total number of times the workflow has run since creation.

Owner

The user who created and maintains the workflow.

Status

The current state of the workflow.

  • Draft: Workflow that is configured but not live.

  • Published: Workflow that is active and ready to run.

Scheduled

Indicates if the workflow runs based on a defined schedule (X is not scheduled).

Alert Categories

The specific NDR alert types that trigger this workflow.

Last Updated

The timestamp of the last modification to the workflow definition.

Last Executed

The timestamp of the last time the workflow ran.

You can perform the following workflow lifecycle management tasks using this page.

  1. Create Workflow - Initiate building a new automation workflow.

  2. View Workflow - View properties of an existing workflow.

  3. Edit Workflow -Modify its properties, steps, and state of existing workflow.

  4. Filter/Search - Quickly locate workflows based on Name, Status, and Last Updated.

  5. Delete Workflow - Delete a workflow.
