This guide covers the integration of your appliances with Trellix Helix. It assumes that the appliances have been deployed in your network and are already configured to perform detection and analysis. For example, it assumes that licenses are installed, operational modes are configured, features are enabled, and so on. It also assumes that the Cloud Collector and Communications Broker software (if used) are already downloaded and deployed. Important
Make sure you received the emails described in Customer tasks. These emails confirm that your Trellix Helix subscription has been processed.
Note
There are no prerequisite tasks for you to perform for the cloud Central Management System appliance. Trellix deploys this appliance.
