Results from a scheduled or manually generated query for a custom dashboard are available as reports. From the Reports dashboard, you can view results that have already been generated for custom dashboards. For information about generating a report, see Reports.
From the main menu, select Dashboards > Reports to access this page.
This page displays the following information for each custom dashboard:
Dashboard name
Whether it is enabled
How frequently the report is run
Report subscribers
Run time
An Options menu with a link to view the results or subscribe to the report
To search for a specific report, you can enter a dashboard name in the Dashboard column header, or a subscriber name in the Subscribers column header.
To filter reports, click the drop-down menu in the Enabled, Repeat, or Source column header.
To sort reports by ascending or descending timestamp, click the Run At column header.
