The enrollment service on a sensor or hybrid appliance must be enabled so it can submit objects to the cluster, and is enabled by default. Use the procedures in this section if you need to restore automatic enrollment after it is disabled.
Note
The
no mvx cluster enrollment-service client enablecommand disables automatic enrollment. Use this command only with guidance from IVX Technical Support.
To restore automatic enrollment:
Log in to the sensor or hybrid appliance CLI.
Enable the CLI configuration mode:
appl-hostname > enable appl-hostname # configure terminal
Restore automatic enrollment:
appl-hostname (config) # mvx cluster enrollment-service client enableVerify your change:
appl-hostname (config) # show mvx cluster enrollment statusSave your change:
appl-hostname (config) # write memory

The following example restores automatic enrollment on the nx-1 sensor.
