You can review the health of a Trellix appliance in your Helix Enterprise environment. Helix Enterprise-enabled appliances upload health information to Helix Enterprise at regular intervals and when certain health-related events (such as a license state change) occur. By default, health information is sent to Helix Enterprise by the appliances every five minutes. Only the most recent appliance data is shown, except for the timeline on the Appliance & Sensor Health Dashboard, which shows data for the most recent day, week, or month.
For information about viewing health reporting information on the appliances, changing the frequency at which an appliance sends health information to Helix Enterprise, sending appliance health information to Helix Enterprise on-demand, and enabling or disabling health reporting on the appliances, see the Helix Integration Guide.
Note
If Helix Enterprise has not received data from an appliance for 30 minutes, it reports the appliance as disconnected.
You can review health status on dashboards and on the Appliances page.
Helix Enterprise mode and health statistics must be enabled on the appliance. If an appliance is managed by Central Management appliance, both the managed appliance and the Central Management appliance must have Helix Enterprise mode enabled. See the Helix Integration Guide.
Note
By default, when Helix Enterprise mode is enabled, health statistics are also enabled, but this may have been changed by your appliance administrator.
