On an Endpoint Security (HX) appliance, Senior Analysts (users assigned the analyst_sr role) can perform most Endpoint Security (HX) appliance functions, with the following exceptions.
They cannot approve containment requests or stop containment of host endpoints.
They can view, but not maintain, host sets.
They can view, but not resolve, cloned agents.
They have read-only access to DTI settings and do not have access to other Endpoint Security (HX) appliance or agent configuration settings.
They cannot view or maintain user accounts.
They cannot view or manage statistics.
They cannot run or view agent diagnostics.
They can only run CLI
showcommands.They have no access to the API.
They have read-only access to the appliance Health Check page and appliance updates.
Senior analysts change their passwords on the My Account Settings page. To access the My Account Settings page, select Change My Password on the Hi, <user name> menu.
