The Sensors Needing Attention widget identifies the sensors in your Helix Enterprise environment that need attention. Sensors include Cloud Collectors with managed Comm Brokers as well as unmanaged Comm Brokers. The information on the widget is calculated when the widget is called. Click the 
icon on the widget to refresh the data.
The Sensors Needing Attention widget identifies the sensors (unmanaged Comm Brokers) in your Helix Enterprise environment that need attention. The information on the widget is calculated when the widget is called. Click the icon on the widget to refresh the data.
For each sensor that needs attention, the percentage of packets lost, its EPS calculation, a trend graph over the last 24 hours, and its status are shown.
Note
Sensors that have been disconnected for more than seven days are not shown.
If all sensors are operating correctly, this widget lists the total number of your sensors and indicates that 100% of your sensors are running.

Note
Sensor health data is collected only for the latest versions of standalone Cloud Collector and Comm Brokers. Sensors integrated with MVX Smart Grid, Cloud MVX, or Packet Capture appliances are not included.
