This procedure guides administrators through creating a new configuration for the ServiceNow integration. The configuration is a set of settings and connection parameters that establish a secure connection to a target system for security monitoring and data exchange.
Assign a name for the configuration in the Name field.
In the HTTP tab, set the Authentication settings:
URL: Enter https://slack.com https://slack.com.
Auth Type: Select Bearer Token as the authentication method.
Bearer Token: Enter the Bearer Token value.
Password: Enter the password.
Click Next.
In the Edge tab, you can select from the detected edges.
To populate a list of available edges, Click Auto Detect.
Click Save.
