When you submit a file, URL, or hash for analysis, the submission is counted against your quota. One submission is equal to one submitted file, or 10 URLs, or 100 hashes.
Note
If a submitted URL downloads a file, or a URL is submitted with
analysis_mode=live, that URL is counted as one submission.
IVX Cloud ensures secure communication by supporting TLS 1.2 and later for all API submissions.
The Submissions page allows you to submit files or URLs manually to IVX Cloud for analysis. The following table describes the information on the Submissions page:

Submitted At | The date and time the sample was submitted. |
Hash | The hash of the sample. Click on the hash value to open the analysis report for that sample. |
Type | The type of file submitted for analysis. |
Name | The name of the file submitted for analysis. Click on the name to open the analysis report. |
Verdict | The result of the analysis on the sample. A sample can have one of the following verdicts:

Signature Name | The name of the threat group behind a malicious attack. |
Artifact | You can perform the following actions on a submission:

Submitted By | The email address of the person who submitted the sample. |
Status | Whether the sample has been analyzed. The possible values are Analysis in Progress or Analysis Complete. You cannot access the analysis report until the status is Analysis in Progress. |
On the Submissions page, click Submit A Sample and select File.
In the dialog, select the file you want to submit.
Enter the timeout in seconds.
Slide the toggles to On or Off, and enter an optional password and parameters.
Click Submit.
On the Submissions page, click Submit A Sample and select URL.
Enter the URL and slide the toggles to On or Off.
Click Submit.
On the Submissions page, click Submit A Sample and select Search.
Enter the hash value and click Submit.
