Trellix appliance org admin role

The Trellix Appliance Org Admin grants the user the entitlements of all of the Trellix appliance fallback roles, plus the entitlements of all of the Trellix appliance roles. The entitlements enable the user to manage user roles for every supported Trellix appliance type.

Note

Trellix Appliance Org Admin is a global role, and it cannot be modified or deleted.

Viewing the entitlements

To view the entitlements assigned to the role, filter the list of roles to show only Trellix Appliance roles, and then drill down from the Trellix Appliance Org Admin role to its component entitlements.

Requirements

IAM Admin or IAM User access to the Trellix IAM Web UI.

To view the list of IAM roles for the appliance fallback roles:

Select Organization Settings > Roles.
Filter the list on the Name column, specifying the match the string FireEye Appliance in mixed-case letter as shown. (The filter is case-sensitive.)
The list refreshes and shows only the six fallback roles for Trellix appliances, plus the Trellix Appliance Org Admin role.
The Trellix Appliance Org Administrator role combines all of the IAM global roles for Trellix appliances with the six Trellix appliance fallback roles.
Click Trellix Appliance Org Admin in the Name column.
The Assigned Entitlements panel lists the entitlements assigned to the role.
