Enroll in multi-factor authentication to obtain Trellix Cloud Account credentials.

Go to the enrollment URL provided in the Welcome email, and follow the instructions that are provided on the site.

Test access to the Trellix Helix Web UI.

Go to the Trellix Helix Web UI URL provided by Trellix, and log in using your Trellix Cloud Account credentials.

Add Trellix Helix Web UI users.

  1. Log into the Trellix Helix Web UI and select Identity Access Management from the menu at the upper right corner.

  2. Create additional users who will access the Trellix Helix Web UI.
