Enroll in multi-factor authentication to obtain Trellix Cloud Account credentials.

Go to the enrollment URL provided in the Welcome email, and follow the instructions that are provided on the site.

Test access to the Helix Enterprise Web UI.

Go to the Helix Enterprise Web UI URL provided by Trellix, and log in using your Trellix Cloud Account credentials.

Add Helix Enterprise Web UI users.

  1. Log into the Helix Enterprise Web UI and select Identity Access Management from the menu at the upper right corner.

  2. Create additional users who will access the Helix Enterprise Web UI.
