MSSP support — The Helix federated view allows managed security service providers to deploy and maintain multiple Helix organizations. Users with federated permissions can log in to their parent organization to view and manage alerts and cases, perform searches, and configure connected appliances for both the parent and child organizations.
Import rules — You can now import rules into Helix. You can import a single rule or a file with multiple rules. Rules must be written in YAML format and are validated before they are imported. If any rules fail the validation process, an error message explains what went wrong. Rules that fail the validation process are not imported into Helix.
Trellix AI Plugin for Helix — The Trellix AI Plugin is now available for processing new alerts and creating new cases. This update introduces a significant enhancement in automating alert management in Helix, enabling dynamic case creation and empowering users with advanced automation capabilities.
