Authentication failures can occur after a Trellix Helix VPC migration. Trellix Technical Support may ask you to run the commands in this section to resolve the problem.

Do not run these commands without guidance from Trellix Technical Support.
To recover Trellix Helix connectivity:
Go to CLI configuration mode.
hostname > enable hostname # configure terminal
Check the status:
hostname (config) # helix remove-client-cert hostname (config) # helix force-download-cert
