This release includes new features, enhancements and resolves customer issues. (test)

Every update release is cumulative and includes all features and fixes from the previous release. We recommend that you always upgrade to the most current update.

New or changed

  • Trellix Insights on XConsole: Trellix XConsole provides a centralized and streamlined user interface that makes navigating between various Trellix products easier. You can log in once and gain access to available Trellix products such as Trellix Insights and Trellix ePO - SaaS.

    Accessing Trellix Insights through XConsole provides the following user experience:

    • Product switcher — Switch between products you are entitled to, gaining you access to products within the XConsole window.

    • Light or dark theme — Choose between light (default) or dark theme.

    • Main menu — Use the main menu button to display the menu based on the selected product.

  • Threat Landscape Dashboard: A new dashboard offers a unified view of active campaigns and threats that may affect your organization. Key features include:

    • Latest blogs: View recent blogs and news on emerging threats and campaigns that are updated by Trellix's Advanced Threat Research (ATR) team.

    • Explore active threat campaigns through an interactive global map which lists active and trending campaigns based on the selected region.

    • Analyze campaign details such severity, global impact, sector-wise insights and IOCs.

    • View your current security posture score.

    • Prioritize threats based on severity.

    • Use Defensive Playbook to take recommended actions against critical threats.

  • Security and Campaign Reports: Generate detailed reports on your security posture and threat campaign visibility.

  • Executive Report with Trellix Wise: Create an AI-powered executive summary of your organization’s threat exposure in a clear, easy-to-read format.

  • Latest Threat Report access: Use Report Library to access up-to-date threat reports from the Trellix Research team.

  • IVX Cloud Integration with Trellix Insights: This release introduces the integration of IVX Cloud with Trellix Insights that enhances file scanning and reporting. Uploaded files can be scanned manually, and results will reflect in both IVX Cloud and Insights reports using IVX Cloud's advanced threat analysis.
