To manage its integrated products, Intelligent Sandbox uses different user accounts . These user accounts have different sets of administrator responsibilities. For example, the Super administrator user is responsible to configure the Intelligent Sandbox web interface, manage user accounts, and perform software upgrades. The Trellix IPS user is responsible to integrate Trellix IPS with Intelligent Sandbox .

You cannot change the username for these accounts.
