Use the Updates page in the Helix Enterprise Web UI to update an appliance with the latest system image, guest images, and security content. When you open the Updates page, a notification is automatically displayed if an update is available.
From the main menu, select Manage > Appliance Settings.
Select the appliance from the drop-down list.
Click the Updates tab on the sidebar.
Click the arrow to expand a section and see information about the available and installed versions.
Note
Click Check for Updates to refresh the available version information, especially if the page has been open for a long time.
Click the button at the top right corner of a section to download and then install the new version.
The update status is displayed. To refresh the status, click Check Status.
Note
If the update fails, the update status includes the cause of the failure.
