Functionality associated with a license stops when a license expires. For example, when the FIREEYE_APPLIANCE license expires, the appliance will block access to all pages except the CMS License Settings page, and CLI commands (except those that install licenses) are disabled or their execution fails. For example, the report generate command will not create a report.
To prevent a gap in functionality, the CMS License Settings page displays notifications about expired license and licenses that will expire within 30 days. For example:
