You can assign a role to the multiple users when it has appropriate permissions. You can also assign multiple roles to users which give them an accumulation of permissions granted by each of the roles.
Make sure you have one of these rights to access the Users and roles page:
ePO - SaaS account owner, an account created for the first time after purchasing the product.
Your account must have the MVISION Account Administrator role assigned.
The role assigned to your account must have this permission selected: View, create, and change users and roles; view subscriptions; view and update customer profile.
A role must be created.
If you plan to assign default roles, make sure to review if the selected permission sets are pertinent for users to access.
From ePO - SaaS, select Menu → Configuration → Users & Roles.
From the Users list, select a user to display the user details in the right pane.
The details show which roles are assigned to the selected user.
From the Unassigned Roles list, select the roles that you want to assign the role to.
From the Assigned Roles list, deselect the roles that you want to unassign the role to.
Click Save Changes.
