Install Trellix Agent 5.8.x
You can install Trellix Agent 5.8.x from Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator - On-premises (ePO - On-prem) or Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator - SaaS (ePO - SaaS) on Windows, Linux, and Macintosh operating systems. Trellix Agent includes the DXL client, which is installed automatically on managed systems and connects to a DXL broker in your environment.
Upgrade to Trellix Agent 5.8.x
You can upgrade to Trellix Agent 5.8.x from a previous version by creating a client task or an installation package in ePO - On-prem. The DXL client automatically upgrades when Trellix Agent is upgraded.
