You may need to update your existing triage or data acquisitions after upgrading your Endpoint Security (HX) software. Acquisitions that need updating will have the status Update required.
To update an acquisition from the Acquisitions page:
In the Acquisitions grid on the Acquisitions page, select the triage collection.
Details about the triage collection appear in the Acquisition Detail pane.
Select Update acquisition on the Actions menu and click Go.
The Update required status will disappear.
