You can assign a reviewer to incidents to divide the workload in large organizations.
In ePO - SaaS Menu → Configuration → Users & Roles, create a User or Role to appear in the User Catalog pane.
In ePO - SaaS Protection Workspace, click the incidents in the Data Protection Overview to open the incident management workspace.
Filter or search the incidents and select the incident checkbox to open its details pane.
The Incident Details pane opens.
In the Incident Details pane, click Add from Catalog next to Reviewer.
You can choose between ePO Users and ePO Roles in the drop down in the User Catalog pane. To add a User or a Role, click the plus symbol next to their email address or role.
Note
A user must have the appropriate permissions to manage incidents to be selected.
In ePO - SaaS Menu → Configuration → Users & Roles, create a User or Role to appear in the User Catalog pane.
The User or Role will be displayed next to Reviewer in the Incident Details pane.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
