You can update multiple incidents by setting the same status, severity, resolution, or adding or removing a reviewer in a single instance. Use the select all feature, or select multiple incidents one-at-a-time.
You must set up users and roles in ePO - SaaS. Go to Menu → Configuration → Users & Roles to create users or roles.
Note
If the number of incidents in the filtered selection is greater than 1,000, the Select All option is disabled.
In ePO - SaaS Protection Workspace click the incidents in Data Protection Overview to open the incident management workspace
To select all incidents, use one of these options:
Click the checkbox at the top of the column in the Incidents pane.
Click the checkbox of each individual incident you want to amend the properties of.
The Incident Details pane opens.
To update Status, Severity or Resolution, click the drop down lists in the Incident Details pane.
To add a reviewer, click Add from Catalog. If a reviewer has already been assigned to the incident, click the existing reviewer to change it.
The Users Catalog pane opens.
Select the user or role you want to add as a reviewer by clicking the plus symbol next to their email address in the Users Catalog pane.
For a user to appear in the Users Catalog, you must first set up users and roles in ePO - SaaS. Go to Menu → Configuration → Users & Roles to create users or roles.
The user is listed as a Reviewer in the Incident Details pane.
Click Save in the Incident Details pane to confirm changes.
Click Continue in the dialog box to confirm you want to add the user or role as a reviewer to the selected incidents. A progress bar shows the progress of the update.
Note
You can't interact with the incident management workspace while the update is taking place.
A notification appears in the Protection Workspace header informing you the changes have been successfully saved.
