Manual classification has several options that specify how the feature works, and what messages are displayed.
Manual classification allows Trellix DLP Endpoint for Windows end-users to add classifications to files from the Windows Explorer right-click menu. For Microsoft Office applications and Outlook, manual classifications can be applied when saving files or sending emails. All Trellix DLP products can apply rules based on manual classifications.

In ePO - On-prem select Menu → Data Protection → Classification.
Click Manual Classification.
From the View drop-down list, select General Settings.
Select or deselect options to optimize to your enterprise requirements.
(Optional) Select Additional Options → Footer → Additional Information to be included in the email by clicking

and selecting a notification definition or creating one.The notifications support the Locales feature in all supported languages. Comments added to emails are also supported in multiple languages.
Note
You can customize an Outlook email by selecting the Enable Classification Prefix checkbox and editing the default prefix text.
