This procedure describes how to use the Settings > Email MTA page to configure a domain and next-hop IP address.
Prerequisites
An established connection between the appliance and the Internet.
You are logged in to the appliance Web UI as an Admin or Operator.
Go to the Settings > Email MTA page.
In the Domain and Next‑Hop section, enter a domain name in the Domain text box.
If you want to enable email for all subdomains of the specified domain, click the Include Subdomains checkbox.
In the TLS Delivery Mode field, select a mode.
(Optional) To configure the MTA to use DNS MX record translation on the next-hop IP address, select the Enable Next-Hop MX Lookup check box.
In the Next-Hop column, enter the IP address of the next-hop MTA host.
In the Weight% column, use the default value of 100.
Click Add.
To verify your configuration changes, check the new entry that appears in the Current Domain and Next-Hop table.
