If your local network connection requires you to access the Internet through an HTTP proxy server, the IPv4 address or fully qualified domain name and the port number must be configured to access the proxy server. You can also configure the credentials to authenticate the user and to permit access to the proxy server.
Prerequisites
Administrator or Operator access to the Email Security - Server appliance.
An established connection between the Email Security - Server appliance and the Internet.
If the live ether2 data interface is required, verify that the ether2 interface is cabled for connectivity to the Internet directly or through an HTTP proxy server.
