A removable storage device is an external device containing a file system that appears on the managed computer as a drive. Removable storage device templates are more flexible than plug-and-play device templates, and include additional properties related to the devices.
In ePO - SaaS, select Menu → Data Protection → DLP Policy Manager → Definitions.
In the left pane, select Device Control → Device Templates, then select Actions → New → Removable Storage Device Template.
Enter a unique Name and optional Description.
Select the Applies to option for Microsoft Windows or macOS devices.
The Available Properties list changes to match properties for the operating system selected.
Select properties for the device.
To add a property, click >.
To remove a property, click <.
To add additional values for the property, click +.
Values are added as logical OR by default. Click the and/or button to change it to AND.
To remove properties, click -.
Click Save.
