You can download details of multiple incidents to the browser so you don't have to download each one individually.
Note
You can only download incident details for a maximum of 100 incidents at a time.
In ePO - SaaS Protection Workspace, click the incidents in the Data Protection Overview to open the incident management workspace.
Click the checkboxes to select multiple incidents, or click the select all checkbox in the Incidents pane. Then either:
From the three dots menu in the Incident Details pane, select Download Incidents.
In the Incidents pane, click the Take Action drop down, and select Download Incidents.
The Download Options pane opens.
Select the checkbox if you want to include decrypted evidence and match-string files for each incident you want from the Download Options pane, and click Download.
A .zip file containing the HTML evidence details reports downloads to the browser.
