If the number of incidents in the filter exceeds 1,000, the option to download the data is disabled.
In ePO - SaaS Protection Workspace , click the incidents in the Data Protection Overview to open Incident Management .
The Incident Management page opens.
In the Incidents pane, click the Take Action drop-down menu, and select Download CSV .
A UTF-8 encoded .csv file downloads.
