When monitoring MySQL, MariaDB, or Percona database, the Database Security sensor requires the respective audit plug-in to be installed in addition to the sensor. This audit plug-in is a separately maintained, open-source project.
To download and install the MySQL, MariaDB, or Percona audit plug-in, follow the instructions at MySQL audit wiki page.

There are different plug-ins for MySQL, MariaDB, and Percona. Make sure that you install the correct one for your database.
