Follow these steps to redirect an email that is held in the deferred queue to another downstream mail server.
To redirect an email to another downstream mail server:
In the Web UI, choose Search Emails > Queued Emails.
Select Deferred Queue in the Queue Type drop-down list.
Select the checkbox next to the email entry you want to redirect. You can select multiple entries or all entries at one time.
Click Redirect. The Redirect window opens.
In the SMTP server IP address field, enter the IP address of another downstream mail server.
In the SMTP port number field, enter the port number of another downstream mail server.
Click Redirect to redirect the email to another downstream mail server.
Click Cancel to cancel the entry.
