Access your Active Directory by registering it with ePO - SaaS.
You need to know your Active Directory domain name in DNS-style.
In ePO - SaaS, select Menu → Directory Service and click New Server.
From the Server type menu, on the Description page, select Directory Services, specify a unique name and any details, then click Next.
Enter a Domain name.
Use DNS-style domain names.
Click Select Systems and the systems you want as your Active Directory connectors.
Choose whether to Use SSL when communicating with this server.
Enter a User name and Password.
These credentials must be for an administrator account on the server.
Choose whether to replicate your Active Directory to the ePO - SaaS database.
Replicate your Active Directory to reduce the communication time between Active Directory and ePO - SaaS. You can schedule to replicate Users and User groups in your Active Directory to the ePO - SaaS database.
Either enter a Site name for the server, or select it by clicking Browse and navigating to it.
Specifying the name of an Active Directory site physically near your active directory connector deployments. This can reduce LDAP query latency.
You can set up a schedule that updates the changes in the mapped domain or Active Directory container. You can schedule it hourly or daily based on your requirements.
Click Test Connection to confirm the communication between your Active Directory and ePO - SaaS is successful.

If the connection is unsuccessful, check whether the DXL Status of your Active Directory connectors is Connected.
