Active directory is set up in ePO - SaaS. ePO - SaaS communicates with your Active Directory through the Active Directory Connectors. You need to set up one or two systems as your Active Directory connectors. These systems must be managed by ePO - SaaS before you begin the setup process.

We recommend that you have two systems with Active Directory connectors for failover support.
