Establish communication between your Trellix CP server, LDAP server, and ePolicy Orchestrator - On-prem by configuring a Registered Server in ePolicy Orchestrator - On-prem.
Important
If you're setting up multiple Trellix CP servers to improve availability, repeat this process for each server.
In the ePolicy Orchestrator - On-prem console, select → → , then click New Server.
From the Server Type drop-down list, select Conduit Platform, enter a unique name for the server, then click Next.
Provide details about the connection to the Trellix CP and LDAP servers, click Test Connection to establish connection with the server, then click Save.

Specifies the URL of your organization's Trellix CP server.
Note
Don't use an IP address.
User name
Password
Specifies the user name and password for the connection to the LDAP server.
Note
Use the same installation service account that you used to install the Trellix CP server.
Verification
Click Test Connection to verify credentials.
Note
Connection to the server isn't fully established until you click Save.
