Trellix DLP Capture Storage Array power requirements

Prev Next

Trellix DLP Capture Storage Array (DLP-CSA-B or DLP-CSA-A) hardware includes more than one power supply, which is configured to provide redundancy while operating at nominal power. Use two electrical outlets that are on different circuit breakers to achieve additional protection.

If a power supply fails, a warning indicator light illuminates, contact Trellix for a replacement unit.

Note

Don't connect power to the Trellix DLP Capture Storage Array until the appliance is set up. If there is a power outage, the storage array automatically comes back up when power is restored.

Ventilation requirements

Air flow - When installing the equipment in a rack, do not restrict the supply of cool air to the appliance.

Operating ambient temperature - Consider installing the equipment in an environment compatible with the maximum ambient temperature (MAT) specified by the manufacturer. (See Technical Specifications for details).
