Accessing Your Environment

HXTool is a Web UI that organizes information obtained from your security environment. Therefore, you must configure a profile to access your security environment. The profile contains the address of your environment, the port (typically 3000), and a name to use for the profile. With the profile configured, you can then sign into your security environment through the HXTool sign-in screen, using the credentials of your security environment. Note that only users that have been configured with a role for API access in the Endpoint Security environment can sign in via HXTool.
