Follow these steps to acknowledge a single alert from the Alert page in the Endpoint Security (HX) Web UI.
To acknowledge a single alert:
Click Alerts from the Dashboard menu to access the Alerts page.
In the Alerts Table, locate the alert you want to acknowledge.
Click the Options icon associated with the alert.
Select Acknowledge to open the Acknowledge Alert window.
Optionally, enter any specific details about the alert or the investigative that you want to record in the Comment field,.
Click Acknowledge.
When you acknowledge an alert, the Alerts page automatically refreshes and updates the alert's Acknowledged, Acknowledged By, and Acknowledged Date/Time fields.
