Follow these steps to acknowledge multiple alerts from the Alert page in the Endpoint Security (HX) Web UI.
To acknowledge multiple alerts:
Click Alerts from the Dashboard menu to access the Alerts page.
In the Alerts Table, click the checkbox (
) next to each alert you want to acknowledge.Click the Delete menu at the top of the Alerts Table and select Acknowledge.
Select Go.
When you acknowledge an alert, the Alerts page automatically refreshes and updates the alert's Acknowledged, Acknowledged By, and Acknowledged Date/Time fields.
