Agent Diagnostics is a special acquisition type used to provide Trellix Customer Support with the data needed to help you resolve problems.
When Agent Diagnostics are requested, the Endpoint Security (HX) xAgent on the selected host endpoint collects the forensic data and produces a downloadable .zip file for you to review or submit to your Trellix Customer Support representative.
